The STAGE 2 course is a free English class provided by the Prince Albert Multicultural Council and funded by the Government of Saskatchewan.
STAGE 2 is a language training program targeted at English skills development and training.
The program will:

provide personalized English skills development and training
-
facilitate connection and active participation within the community
The class is available to Newcomers with a minimum skill level of 4 or higher on their Canadian Language Benchmarks (or equivalent).
The STAGE 2 Class is held every Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30pm-9:30pm or all day Saturday, 9:00am-3:30pm. The two option class schedules grants flexibility to English students who are working and/or looking to work.
The STAGE 2 Class offers:

Eligibility requirements to take part in Our Stage 2 English Class program include:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Levels 4 to 7 according to the CLBPT or other CLB-cross referenced assessment tests

Legally entitled to work in Canada (hold a valid Social Insurance Number and/or a valid work permit)

The applicant MUST be one of the following:

A temporary resident with a valid work permit who is authorized to remain in Canada for at least two months

A Naturalized Canadian citizen

A Permanent Resident who is not eligible for, or cannot access, federal English Classes

All eligible applicants must also:

Complete registration and language level assessment testing as necessary

Maintain satisfactory attendance

Participate/Involvement in some of PAMC's events and community activities is expected

Participate in some of Saskatchewan's workplace safety and culture seminar/s;
ex. Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board, etc.
